Major General Ibrahim Abu Limon indicated that 418 million pounds were allocated as investments during the period 2014-2020, which were pumped into establishing a solar energy station above the governorate’s general office, in public road lighting works, as well as buying cars equipped to maintain the electricity network.

During the current year, he explained that 101 million pounds were approved, through which 80 projects were implemented under the plan of the Electricity Company, in addition to a number of projects in the plan of the General Office of the Governorate, where 363 lighting poles, 104 decorative columns were installed, and 25 public lighting transformers were installed.
