This came based on the memorandum submitted by the Directorate of Supply and Internal Trade in Menoufia and the passage of inspectors of the Supply Control Department over the municipal bakeries .
The Directorate of Supply and Internal Trade, headed by Atef Al-Jammal, launched a supply campaign to pass through the municipal bakeries and the supply situation in general, and the campaign revealed the absence of the strategic balance of municipal flour and the existence of a deficit of (30) flour sacks in two bakeries in the Al-Kom Al-Ahmar district and Balmasht in Menouf, and it was agreed to close them for a period of time. (3) months, and legal measures were taken against the violators .
For his part, the Governor of Menoufia stressed the continuation of inspection and monitoring campaigns on bakeries, markets and shops to control prices and punish violators in order to preserve the health and safety of citizens and protect them against any manipulation .
