The Governor of Menoufia directed the formation of a committee to document the development projects that will be implemented within the presidential initiative "A Decent Life" headed by the Vice President of the City and the Head of the Competent Rural Local Unit and the Director of Public Relations and Planning in the centers concerned with the initiative, provided that the committee shall facilitate procedures for documenting projects in village units through photography ( Before - during - after) to show the scale of the achievements on the ground.

The governor indicated that the priorities and basic needs that affect the lives of citizens in various service sectors have been set in accordance with standards set by the Council of Ministers to provide better services to the villagers, relieve the burden on them and raise the standard of living.

In the belief of Major General Ibrahim Abu Limon, Governor of Menoufia, to improve the level of services provided to the citizens of Menoufia and to meet their demands and needs, since Menoufia is one of the governorates distinguished from others, and according to the directives of the Council of Ministers to choose one center in every governorate so that the citizen in every region in Egypt feels that there are development and service projects that are being implemented Al-Shuhada Center in Menoufia was chosen within the framework of developing the (1000) rural villages all over the country With the efforts of the Governor of Menoufia, he was able to include the Ashmoun Center within the initiative plan, and thus Menoufia had two centers (Ashmun and Al-Shuhada), with (27) villages in the Martyrs Center and (54) villages in the Ashmun Center, with a total of (81) villages according to criteria determined by the Council of Ministers in addition to the estates And hunger, with the aim of raising the infrastructure and basic capabilities of these villages, as well as ensuring that they keep pace with the development efforts implemented by the state in various sectors .
