Dr. Faisal Judeh, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Menoufia, stated that the total number of children who were vaccinated in the national campaign for vaccination against polio in Menoufia governorate reached about 662282 thousand children, with a coverage rate of 98.86% through the fixed and mobile medical teams participating in the national campaign over the three Days past .

He added in press statements today, that the campaign ends today, Wednesday, which aims to vaccinate 669,945 thousand children, from Egyptian and non-Egyptian children in the governorate, through 1850 teams divided into fixed teams in health centers, health units, health offices, and mobile ones that roam homes and from apartment to apartment .

He pointed out that vaccination is safe and free, in addition to holding training courses for all medical teams participating in the campaign, and holding intensive meetings for the supervising team, to ensure that the service is well delivered to all children targeted by the campaign inside the governorate .
