The comprehensive curative medical convoy in Al-Salam Village, affiliated to Sadat Center, in Menoufia Governorate, which lasted for two days, took all preventive measures and necessary precautionary measures and followed methods to combat infection, in order to preserve the health and safety of citizens and medical teams, and the convoy included many medical specialties .
Dr. Shaima Shafiq, the coordinator of treatment convoys, said that free medical examination was signed on 1,085 patients from the villagers, and the necessary treatment was dispensed to them, and 14 cases needing surgery were transferred to hospitals affiliated with the Directorate .
She indicated that early detection of blood pressure and diabetes for 24 cases, x-rays for 15 cases, and the necessary medical analyzes for 110 cases, and health awareness and education sessions were conducted for the villagers to educate them about heart disease and high blood pressure .
