This was based on the Ministerial Decision No. 358 of 19/9/2018 about the procedures of the promotion of members of the Education organization

Governor Abbas issued a resolution No. 621 of 2018 about the promotion of 30,240 including teachers, social workers, psychologists, technology specialists, press and media specialists, librarians and those who obtained on educational training programs adopted by the Professional Academy for Teachers and holders of the Certificate of Competence required for promotion to the highest position in accordance with the provisions of the 155 / 2007 Law.

The governor ordered the Undersecretary of Education in Menoufia to take the necessary legal measures to promote the educational process.
