Mr. Said Abbas, Governor Menoufia Governor receives number of residents of Mt Shahala  village at El-shohada  City in front of the headquarters of the public Service in the General Court to listen to their complaint, which is the continuous interruption of irrigation water, which negatively affects the agriculture in the region and immediately responded Governor of Menoufia to their doubt and promise To resolve the issue with the Minister of Irrigation personally within two days and promised to visit the village to ensure that the problem is resolved.

 The governor listened to group of people from Menouf city who are affected by the delay in receiving the apartments for social housing and promised them to quickly solve the problem and study it in coordination with the Ministry of Housing. The Governor of Menoufia referred some complaints concerning the request for financial aid and inclusion in the Takaful and dignity program to the Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Social Affairs for study and research And the Governor agreed to reduce the fine of tryscle  to a citizen in view of his difficult circumstances

This comes in the framework of the Governor's policy to communicate directly with citizens and finding solutions to their complaint within the framework of the regulations and laws governing it
